Chief Adviser's Relief and Welfare Fund donates a grant of Tk 100 crore for July Shaheed Smriti Foundation which formed for the rehabilitation and medical assistance of the victims of the July Uprising. Post, Telecommunication and Information Technology Adviser Md. Nahid Islam said this information while he was speaking as chief guest at Banani Vidyaniketan School and College in the capital yesterday evening.
He unveiled a name plaque of Shaheed Golam Nafiz Bhavan of Banani Vidyaniketan School and College.
It is mentionable that Golam Nafiz, a student of the school, was died in the student movement.
Nahid Islam said that the seriously injured people of the July uprising will be sent abroad for better treatment. Besides, those who have lost their eyesight will be treated by bringing specialist doctors from abroad so that they can regain their eyesight as much as possible.
The advisor commented that there is no group of martyrs.

were present.
