Young man dies from electrocution while installing WiFi in Noakhali

Tragedy struck in Noakhali's Begumganj upazila when Shanta Chandra Das Biplab, a 25-year-old broadband technician, was electrocuted while installing a WiFi connection. The incident occurred around 7 pm on September 15 in Kutubpur Union.
Shanta Chandra Das Biplab, the son of Nepal Chandra Das from Yarpur village in Senbagh, was working on the broadband connection at a residence in Ward No. 2 when he was accidentally electrocuted. Local sources report that the electrocution occurred while he was working near an electrical setup. Emergency services, including the Choumuhani Fire Service and Begumganj Model Police Station, responded to the scene and recovered his body. Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md. Anwarul Islam of Begumganj Police Station confirmed that police are investigating the incident. Further legal action will be determined following discussions with the deceased's family.
