Govt dissolves textbook revision committee

The government has dissolved the textbook revision committee.  

The Ministry of Education today issued an office order in this regard, signed by Secondary and Higher Education Division Senior Assistant Secretary Yanur Rahman.

The office order said, “The coordination committee formed by the education ministry on September 15 to ensure the revision and amendment of all textbooks printed and prepared by the National Curriculum and Textbook Board has been dissolved.”
 
On September 15, the government formed a 10-member committee for the revision and amendment of textbooks, with education ministry additional secretary Dr KM Kabirul Islam as its chief.
