The remaining postponed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations, which were scheduled to start on September 11, are set to be delayed further.
In the face of the student protest, the authorities have decided to cut the total marks in half as well.
Additionally, the exams will be delayed by approximately another two weeks from September 11.
The decision was made in a meeting chaired by Education Adviser Wahiduddin Mahmud on Tuesday at the Ministry of Education.
